Written against this site's actual architecture. If you later add analytics, a mailing list or a payment processor, this document must be updated to match — and checked against GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA obligations for the regions you serve.

1. The short version

This website has no user accounts, runs no analytics, and processes no payments. It is a set of static pages. Almost everything that could identify you happens inside Telegram, under Telegram's privacy policy — not ours.

2. What this website stores

Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18+, a single flag is written to your browser's sessionStorage so you are not asked again during the visit. It holds no personal data and is erased when you close the tab.
Nothing else. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no analytics.

3. What happens when you leave for Telegram

Every membership button opens Telegram. From that moment your data is handled by Telegram under their privacy policy. We can see only what Telegram shows a channel owner: your display name, username and subscription status. We never see your card details, your address or your full identity.

4. If you email us

Messages sent to our contact address are kept in that mailbox so we can reply. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your address.

5. Third parties this site touches

Google Fonts — typefaces are requested from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of any web request.
Telegram — only when you choose to follow a link.
Our host — standard server logs may be retained by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights & California disclosures (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), affords you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to delete personal data, the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Because this site does not run analytics trackers, does not sell or share personal data, and operates purely as a static showcase, we collect no identifying consumer data. Any subscription details reside solely within Telegram under Telegram's privacy policy.

To delete or modify data held by Telegram, use Telegram's native privacy and account settings — we cannot alter Telegram account records on your behalf.

7. Children

This site is strictly for adults (18+), is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
